L I S T
Here’s a list of the gifts I wish to receive this Christmas. Most I know I won’t get from family or friends unless I start befriending a rich person out there or I win in a raffle before December 25. While some in this Christmas list are that no amount of wealth can buy.
So I’m counting on Santa, I’d been a good boy for this year. If ever you read blog, pick the ones I deserve most this Christmas.
- A new Palm Treo 680 – a smartphone/PDA phone because I always wanted to own a Palm but I cannot afford it.
- A 6-megapixels or higher Sony digital camera- because digital photography is one hobby I want to pursue in the future.
- An IPod Nano in black or silver- because I love music but I don’t find it practical for myself to buy one now.
- A Lacoste or Chuck Taylor sneakers – because I never owned a good shoes.
- An external CD-RW/DVD combo drive for my computer so I can watch DVDs on my PC.
- A nice size ‘small’ jacket from Giordano or F&H because I only have one.
- A Guess or Kenneth Cole watch – because I’ve never worn a watch for ages.
- A pair of Freshlook colored contact lenses (1.75 and 1.50)– I think brown eyes would be nice.
- A 1K- worth gift certificate at a salon for my hair makeover – because a perfect colored hair would look good with brown eyes.
- A book by author Mitch Albom, either ‘Tuesdays with Morrie’ or his new one, ‘For One More Day’ – because his books are very inspiring.
- A Parker ball pen – because I’m tired of MyGel.
- An electric toothbrush – because I want to experience how it feels on the mouth.
- A decent small microwave oven-safe lunchbox – so I’ll be more confident eating homemade lunch at work.
- An effective and BFAD-approved gain-weight pill – because maybe gaining some pounds won’t be too bad for my health and my ego.
- An inspiration – because I never had one for quite sometime.
- A one year supply of confidence – because there are days when I wish I had that.
- A few days early, stress-free Christmas party or dinner with friends – because I miss them.
- A better and more festive Christmas celebration with family – even if Dad’s not home.
- A Christmas greeting from someone I don’t expect.
- And a lasting happiness for the person reading this.
